Our Services
Bali Visa Holland provides professional consulting, document preparation, and application submission assistance for various Indonesian visas. Our fees cover the expertise, time, and resources involved in guiding you through the complex visa application process, reviewing your documents, liaising with relevant authorities where necessary, and facilitating the submission of your application. It is important to understand that our service fee is for the facilitation and consultation work performed, and not a guarantee of visa approval, as the final decision rests solely with the Indonesian immigration authorities.
Refund Eligibility Criteria
1. Before Government Submission: 80% Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for an 80% refund of the service fee paid to Bali Visa Holland if you decide to cancel your application before your visa application has been formally submitted to the Indonesian government immigration system.
The 20% non-refundable portion covers the administrative costs, initial consultation, time spent on preliminary document review, communication, and the allocation of resources already expended by Bali Visa Holland in initiating your application process. This includes, but is not limited to, setting up your client file, initial assessments, and providing advice on required documentation. This administrative fee compensates for the initial work performed regardless of whether the application proceeds to the submission stage.
2. After Government Submission: 0% Refund Eligibility
Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued once your visa application has been formally submitted to the Indonesian government immigration system.
The act of submission signifies that Bali Visa Holland has completed the primary service for which our fee was charged – namely, the preparation, review, and official lodging of your application with the relevant government body. At this stage, our core service has been rendered. Furthermore, government visa application fees, once paid, are typically non-refundable by the Indonesian immigration department, regardless of the application’s outcome or withdrawal. Therefore, once submitted, the entire service fee becomes non-refundable to cover our completed work and any non-recoverable government or third-party charges.
Exclusions from Refund Eligibility
The following situations are explicitly excluded from any refund eligibility, including the 80% refund policy:
- Rejection by Indonesian Immigration: If your visa application is rejected by the Indonesian immigration authorities for any reason, this does not qualify for a refund. Bali Visa Holland provides consulting and facilitation services; we do not have control over the final decision of the immigration department. Our service fee covers the effort and expertise in preparing and submitting a compliant application, not the outcome.
- Incorrect or Incomplete Information: If a visa is rejected or delayed due to incorrect, misleading, or incomplete information provided by the client, or due to the client’s failure to disclose relevant information (e.g., criminal history, previous visa overstays).
- Failure to Provide Documents: If the client fails to provide all necessary documents and information within the requested timeframe, leading to delays or the inability to submit the application.
- Client’s Change of Mind/Plans: If the client decides to cancel their travel plans or no longer wishes to pursue the visa application after our services have commenced and moved beyond the initial administrative stage (even if not yet submitted to the government).
- Changes in Government Regulations: Any changes in Indonesian visa policies, requirements, or processing fees by the government that occur after our service has commenced, which may impact the application or its outcome.
- Visa Processing Delays: Delays in visa processing caused by the Indonesian immigration department or other government bodies are beyond our control and do not qualify for a refund.
- Government & Third-Party Fees: Any government visa fees, consular fees, or third-party service charges (e.g., courier fees, translation services) are non-refundable once they have been paid to the respective entities, irrespective of the application’s outcome.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you must submit a written request via email to our dedicated support address: bd@juaraholding.com.
Your refund request must include:
- Your full name as it appears on your application.
- The specific visa service purchased.
- The date of purchase.
- A clear reason for your refund request.
- Proof of payment (e.g., transaction ID, screenshot of payment confirmation).
Upon receipt of your request, Bali Visa Holland will review it against the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy. We reserve the right to request additional information or documentation to process your request.
Refund Processing Timeline
Eligible refunds will be processed within 30 business days from the date of approval of your refund request. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, where technically feasible.
