We act as an intermediary, offering expert guidance and administrative support to streamline your visa application process.
Important Disclaimer: Bali Visa Holland facilitates the visa application process; however, we do not issue visas. All visa decisions, including approval, denial, and the duration of the visa, are made solely by the Indonesian immigration authorities or relevant government bodies. We cannot influence these decisions, nor can we guarantee the approval of any visa application. Our fees are for the consulting and facilitation services rendered, irrespective of the final outcome of your visa application. Bali Visa Holland is not a government agency and does not have any authority over government decisions or processing times.
2. Client Obligations
As a client, you are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information and documentation required for your visa application. You must ensure that all documents provided are current and valid. You agree to promptly respond to requests for additional information or documents from Bali Visa Holland or the immigration authorities. Failure to provide accurate information or comply with instructions may lead to delays, rejection of your application, or other adverse outcomes, for which Bali Visa Holland shall not be held responsible.
3. Fees and Payment
Our fees are clearly outlined for each service and are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed upon. These fees cover the professional consulting, administrative, and facilitation services provided by Bali Visa Holland. They do not include any government-mandated visa fees, immigration levies, third-party processing fees, or any other charges imposed by the Indonesian government or its agencies. Government fees are subject to change without prior notice and are entirely at the discretion of the Indonesian authorities. All payments must be made in the currency specified (e.g., EUR or IDR) and are subject to applicable taxes. Commencement of our services is contingent upon the receipt of full payment for our service fees.
4. Refund Policy

In summary, service fees paid to Bali Visa Holland are generally non-refundable once work on your application has commenced. This is because our fees compensate us for the time, effort, and expertise expended in preparing and processing your application, regardless of the final outcome. Government visa fees, once submitted to the authorities, are non-refundable under any circumstances, including in cases of application withdrawal or denial. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of our website or services without our express written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bali Visa Holland, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (iii) any content obtained from the services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services, regardless of the form of the action, is limited to the amount you paid to Bali Visa Holland for the specific service from which the claim arose. Bali Visa Holland is not liable for delays, rejections, or changes in immigration policies by government authorities, nor for any financial losses incurred due to travel cancellations, missed flights, or other related expenses resulting from visa processing issues.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bali Visa Holland, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
8. Force Majeure
Bali Visa Holland shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials, or changes in government regulations or immigration policies. In such events, Bali Visa Holland’s obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.
9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be exclusively settled by the competent courts located in Indonesia. We encourage clients to first attempt to resolve any concerns or disputes informally by contacting us directly.
10. Modifications to Terms
Bali Visa Holland reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the services.
